Blackhand the Destroyer was a tactical genius whose lust for power made him the perfect pawn for Gul'dan. He was a Raider in the Sythegore Arm and already well respected for his rule of the Blackrock Clan, so it was very easy to nudge him into the position of Warchief, with the enigmatic Shadow Council at his back, after the coming to Azeroth.

Blackhand led the Horde to multiple victories over the meager human forces of Azeroth.
